Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver your items within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays, unless otherwise notified. Delivery times may vary depending on your selected shipping method at checkout. We offer both domestic and international shipping.

Returns:

  1. Due to the custom nature of our Car mats, and Custom Seat Covers we are unable to accept returns.
    1. If you receive a defective product or if there was an error in the customization, please contact us at info@sanavipinterior.com within 3 days of receiving the product stating your order number.
    2. If there are any issues, pictures and video will be required as proof.
    3. We reserve the right to rectify any issue, by sending replacements or installation advice.
    4. If we fail to rectify an issue, a refund will be issued within 7 working days.
    5. All custom seat cover and upholstery orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery or installation.

    6. We provide a wide variety of materials, colors, stitching patterns, and designs for customization. Once a design is finalized and confirmed by the customer, changes to the design or materials cannot be made without additional charges.

    7. The standard production time for custom seat covers and upholstery is between 3-10 business days. However, depending on the complexity of the order, production may take longer. Customers will be informed in advance of any delays.

    8. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Due to the personalized nature of custom seat covers and upholstery, all sales are final. if you want to canceled, have to pay 30% of full amount. Only defective products are eligible for repair or replacement.

    9. We ensure a perfect fit for all custom seat covers and upholstery based on the make and model provided by the customer. However, customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of vehicle details and specifications. We are not liable for any misfit due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  2. In case of a return agreed between yourself (the customer ) and SANA AUTO SERVICES Car Mats, to be eligible for it, the returned product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  3. Custom-made car mats that have been used or installed are not eligible for return.
  4. Custom-made car mats returned to our warehouse due to the order being submitted to us with incomplete/wrong shipping information; failure to arrange collection upon delivery attempt or import charges payment failures, are subject to 35% restocking fee to cover for materials and workmanship.

Refunds:

  1. If a return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. We cannot give you a refund before the returned product is delivered back to our Warehouse .
  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for any and all costs associated with the return of the product, and for any damage that occurs while the product that you are returning is in transit.
  3. Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the product.


Cancellations / Modifications:

  • As our custom-made car mats are made to order, cancellations/modifications can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • For cancellations/modifications requests made between 24 hours and 72 hours , we charge a 35% fee to cover the cost of materials and workmanship .After this time frame, the product is in full manufacturing process and cancellations/modifications are not possible

Please Note:

  1. The colors and textures of a custom-made car mat may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to differences in monitors and settings.
  2. A custom-made product is exempt from the distance selling regulations.
  3. Custom-made car mats are deemed defective if they lack the order characteristics, i.e. are not made according to the specified car model (with measurement allowance up to 1 inch), material, cutting, or design.
  4. If the custom-made car mat you received does not match the specifications you provided when placing your order we will work with you to correct any errors and ensure your satisfaction.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
  6. We will not accept any returns or refund requests if your country’s customs will impose additional taxes on imports. We are not responsible for these taxes and they need to be paid to your local Customs Authorities to receive the products. Please consult your country’s laws regarding customs import taxes.
  7. It is your sole responsibility as the customer to make sure that the color you select from our website, the vehicle details, and the delivery address are correct when making a purchase.
  8. Sana Car Mats will not be held responsible for any custom-made products that are incorrectly ordered or for any delivery address mistakes.
  9. Coupon codes cannot be merged or used with any other promotions.
