Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order, requesting a quotation or authorizing Sana Auto Services to perform work on a vehicle, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any additional terms communicated for the specific product or service.
Use of the Website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse or interfere with its operation.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to website systems or customer accounts.
- Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent order information.
- Do not copy or commercially reuse website content without permission.
Product Information & Visuals
We aim to describe products and services accurately. However, screen settings, lighting, material batches, vehicle interiors and photography can affect how colours and finishes appear.
Product images, samples and digital visuals should therefore be treated as reasonable representations rather than guarantees of exact colour reproduction.
Custom & Vehicle-Specific Orders
Sana Auto Services supplies products that may be manufactured specifically for a customer's vehicle, measurements, colour selection, material or design.
- Custom floor mats and trunk mats.
- Skin-fit seat covers.
- Custom seat upholstery.
- Vehicle-specific interior panels or stitched items.
The customer is responsible for confirming vehicle make, model, year, seat configuration, selected material and approved design before production. Once custom production begins, changes, cancellations or refunds may be restricted.
Prices, Quotations & Payments
Prices shown on the website or in promotional material may be subject to product specification, vehicle configuration, availability and the final scope of work.
A quotation may be revised if the customer changes the requested design, material, vehicle details or scope. Deposits or advance payments may be required for custom orders or workshop bookings.
Orders & Availability
Submission of an online order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance or availability. Sana may contact the customer to confirm stock, compatibility, custom specifications, delivery details or other information before fulfilment.
If an item is unavailable, Sana may offer an alternative, revised delivery estimate, exchange or refund where appropriate.
Workshop Services
For installation, upholstery, roof repair and other workshop work, the customer should review and approve the expected scope before work begins.
During removal of aged trim, upholstery, clips, panels or interior components, previously existing wear, hidden damage or brittle parts may become visible. Where additional work is required, Sana may contact the customer before proceeding where practical.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information relevant to the order or service, including:
- Correct vehicle make, model and year.
- Correct seat configuration or required product variant.
- Valid contact details.
- Accurate delivery or billing information.
- Disclosure of relevant existing modifications where they may affect installation.
Delivery, Collection & Completion Times
Delivery and completion times are estimates unless specifically confirmed otherwise. Timing may be affected by product availability, custom production, courier delays, workload or factors outside Sana's reasonable control.
Customers should inspect collected or delivered items and report obvious order issues promptly.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are subject to Sana's applicable Refund & Return Policy, including special conditions for custom-made or vehicle-specific products.
Made-to-order products may not be eligible for return due to change of mind once production has started.
Intellectual Property
Website content including photographs, graphics, branding, designs, written content and layout may be owned by or licensed to Sana Auto Services. Unauthorized commercial copying, republication or redistribution is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sana Auto Services is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or delays outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes & Applicable Terms
